Situated in the mountains, forests and streams of Magoebaskloof in the Cheerio Valley, home of the annual Spring Azalea and Cherry Blossom Fare – an ideal stop over to the Kruger and other private game parks. Fully equipped self-catering chalets and B&B rondavels are set in beautiful gardens. Activities include trout fishing in 3 dams on the property or by arrangement in the river, swimming pool, tennis, birding, biking, hiking or just relaxing in front of a crackling log fire. Team building, the canopy tour over the waterfalls and gorges of the Letaba River, quad biking, kloofing, tubing, abseiling and paintball are available at our associate in the mountains close by as also Ebenezer, Tzaneen and Dap Naude dams, Debengeni falls and Woodbush National forest |

There are self catering cottages catering for 2 to 8 people. Each cottage is fully equipped and is serviced daily except Easter Sunday and Christmas day. 4 sleeper cottages have 2 bedrooms and 6 sleeper have sleeper couches in the lounge. All cottages have bathrooms en-suite and those larger than 2 sleeper have 2 bathrooms. The 8 sleeper has 3 bathrooms. All cottages have fireplaces in the lounge and the DSTV hotel boquet. There are braai facilities and benches in the garden. |

The Phalaborwa and Orpen gates of the Kruger national Park are an easy 1.5 and 2.5 hours drive respectively on good roads. Other places of interest, which are easily accessible, are the Ebenezer, Magoebaskloof, Tzaneen and Dap Naude dams, the Debengeni falls and the Woodbush and Agatha National forests. A visit to the Modjadjikloof area, to the home of the Rain Queen, the cycad and tree fern forests and the Giant Baobab must not be missed. For golf enthusiasts, the Tzaneen and Polokwane Country Clubs are within an hours drive. For the adventurous there are the Wolkberg mountains and national hiking trails and adventure activities such as quad biking, kloofing, tubing, abseiling and paintball are available at our associate in the mountains close by. |
